Kate and William share intimate moments in new video

The Prince and Princess of Wales have shared intimate moments in a new video released by the royal family, announcing Kate Middleton has completed chemotherapy treatment.
The video show Prince William, Kate, and their three children in the English countryside and at a beach as Kate explains she is “entering a new phase of recovery” after being diagnosed with cancer earlier this year.
William and Kate, who mostly refrain from physical affection in public and in front of the camera, are seen hugging, kissing and holding each other throughout the video.

Aside from William kissing Kate on the cheek, they never lock lips, although William does rest his hand on his wife’s leg throughout the video.
The royal couple hold hands earlier on in the video as they walk with their children George, 11, Charlotte, nine, and Louis, six.
At one point the pair are seated on a picnic blanket on the grass.
Kate is resting her head on William’s shoulder, her legs crossed towards his as he keeps a firm grasp of her hands in a seemingly protective gesture.

He pats her hand reassuringly.
Later in the video the couple are seated on logs and this time, their fingers are intertwined.

A particularly sweet moment shows William and Kate lying on the sand at the beach.
Their heads are positioned close together as they talk and laugh and stare at the sky.

Kate has her arm around William’s neck and he holds her hand. The pair, who have been married for 12 years, are dressed in matching blue. 
William has remained steadfastly by his wife’s side since she underwent “preventative abdominal surgery” in January and later revealed cancer had been found.

Both she and Prince Charles were being treated for cancer as outpatients, undergoing chemotherapy and reducing their public-facing duties.
Prince William continued solo engagements at the same time as caring for his family.
The video ends with Kate expressing her support for fellow cancer sufferers as footage of the family continues.
In a particularly intimate moment, William is seen lying on top of Kate at the beach as the family wrestle with each other. At one stage William buries his face in his wife’s neck.
Royal fans are delighted to hear that the Princess of Wales plans to return to public duties, albeit cautiously as she continues her recovery.
